Emergency Level One - new medical documentary on TLC

For those of you who, like me, have seen every old episode of Trauma: Life in the ER - there is a new one hour medical documentary on TLC called Emergency Level One. It premiered last week and is on... now! (Sunday 8pm EST)

Not too much info out there on it, but here are listings: http://tlc.discovery.com/tv-schedules/series.html?paid=2.1213.56162.38356.x

Oh, wow! :yeah:

Well that's cool, Vanderbilt is a great great hospital!! I just wish they'd show the nurses more.........that's why I LOVE the show HawthoRNe.

OMG, I am just watching and laughing my you know what OFF. A resident just brought a patient a meal. :roll:roll:roll

Yeah, uh, I did 100 hours in a community clinic that had its own fridge. Every single clinical around lunch time: "We're gonna just get that nurse to bring you something to eat." I know the docs are busy and we are happy to bring them something but seriously? This res is just playing for the camera right??

Sadly, there is absolutely no nursing in the show.

I agree. I was quite disappointed about the lack of nursing representation on the show, however it did get me fired up to start my new job at Vandy in a few weeks. Trauma looks so exciting!
