Eligibility to test and getting your ATT

How long did it take you after you got your eligibility letter from the VA board, until you got your ATT?

I got my Eligibility one week ago and still no word about my ATT. I've called Pearson VUE and was told to call the state board because they don't have anything saying I am eligible.

Is this typical, or should I ask the BON to send them another copy or something?

I am going nuts here. :uhoh21:

I got my ATT (via email) before I got that letter from the Va BON. I sent in my paperwork to the VA BON at end of M Arch. Paid the $200 to Pearson vue via CC around same date. Our School (NVCC) mailed off our transcripts around end of May I believe

Wow, good to know. I sent in my paperwork around March 16 or so and still never got my ATT. I think I am going to be calling them again.

Good luck on the NCLEX, btw!

I got my ATT (via email around 1800)on June 3rd, and the letter from the VA BON was dated June 3rd, and got it in the mail around June 5 or 6th!!

Check your spam filter if ya have 1!! You wouldn't be the first person to have their ATT go directly to their spam folder (if ya have one) Good luck

I called the BON again. They said they'll resend it and I should hear something within a couple of days.

Have u paid the $200 to test to pearsonVue??? The ATT comes from them(email), and I dint require the letter from the VA BON to pick my testing date!

Yes, I paid it back in mid March. I can log in and check that. They just never got any information from the BON that I was eligible to test. Or at least that's what they told me over the phone.

Really, really frustrating. I will be lucky to test before I start work on July 20 at this rate.

Good luck on NCLEX, both of you! :) July 20th is my one-year anniversary of working as an RN, NursingGeek -- a good date indeed! :D
