If all of your paperwork is complete with your BON, then they will notify PV to give you your eligibility which is your Authorization To Test (ATT). When you receive that (usually by email) you schedule your exam date.

Your school mails your transcripts to your state's BON to prove you have taken and passed an approved nursing curriculum, and then the BON lets PV know that you are eligible to sit for the exam. Then you will get your ATT.
At my school, graduation was a Friday and the transcripts were mailed/received by the BON the following Monday. For all of us who had pre-registered/paid, we got our ATT and could schedule our exams that same day.
Good luck :)
thanks guys!so i have to contact my school to mail the bon?i applied @ saipan and they did'ny say anything about that..they mailed me once and said that the board reviewed your credentials and have approved for you to sit for the nclex. after receiving that letter i registered on pearson vue..and pay..
No because it sounds like the BON has already received all ur paperwork from ur school. When did u pay the registration? It usually takes a few days to receive ur ATT. If u dont recieve it after couple days u may want to contact ur BON.Good luck
i paid the registration last 2 days ago..so i dont have to worry about the eligibilty anymore?i'll just wait for the att?thank u so much Me2006 :)
ur welcome!!! :)

You should receive eligibility letter first from your BON, stating that you are eligible to take NCLEX.
