Hi guys!
I just wanted to start a conversation with anyone who is also applying for fall semester at El Camino College. I currently applied Torrance's campus. Anyone else?
I have somewhere between 53-55 points before TEAS. I was wondering what I need to get on TEAS in order to be accepted?
Also please comment with any updates. I haven't gotten a e-mail about the TEAS invitation yet.

Be patient, someone involved with the El Camino program is bound to see your post, and respond!
I wish I could help answer your questions.
Have you tried contacting the School of Nursing or going to their website, to inquire about the TEAS score requirement?

Hi there! I just applied at Torrance campus as well, still waiting for an invitation to the TEAS as well. Have you began studying for it yet? I started back in Fall of last year when I was finishing up my pre-reqs but decided to wait to take it since they only take the first score. Glad to know I'm not the only one nervous and waiting, good luck!
The whole program is on a point system, there is no TEAS score requirement. They just recommend you to score the highest you possibly can because they take the first score you get. They take the top 60 applicants via points.
Hello, I started studying last month but not as much as I should be. Now that it's April, I'm definitely going to study more! Good luck to you too!!

Last semester I think cut off to get invited to take Teas was 47 or 49 points not sure what it is this semester
Good to know! I have 47 points so hopefully that'll be enough. I heard from a fellow student who is close to one of the counselors that there were a low number of applicants this session so hopefully that works in our favor.
I just really want to know when I'm going to be taking the TEAS exam already D: My goal is to get at least 15 points, but I think 10 will be okay too.
Agreed. Let me know if you'd like to get together to study for the exam. I have found the ATI TEAS secrets (yellow cover) book helpful. I'm also using the pocket prep TEAS app and that's pretty nifty as well.

Hi!
I have 60 points, already took my TEAS test and sent my result to nursing department.
It is my first attempt applying to Torrance campus.
Good luck to those who are taking TEAS test on April!
Congrats on completing the TEAS test, how was it?
Also, does anyone know when last Fall semester students get their invitation to the TEAS? And when the TEAS date was available to them?
