EKG interpretation

I am having trouble interpreting these strips,please help me understand this.

see the weblinks on this post. they were chosen specifically because i think they do a good job explaining things for students. there is logic to the arrhythmias. first, you have to know the normal electrical circuit of the heart. then, where and how it breaks down is what gives you the arrhythmias and their names. when the electrical system is messing up and/or it results in perfusion problems of the heart itself becoming hypoxic the nursing diagnosis of decreased cardiac output applies.

the actual heart beat gives the body perfusion of the blood to all the cells and oxygenation. thus, you get the diagnosis of ineffective tissue perfusion when the blood doesn't effectively reach places like the brain, kidneys, abdomen, lung or the extremities.
