Can anyone help me find where i can find ECG verbiage? such as... Patient A with ischemic heart disease has an ECG tracing that shows 1st degree heart block. What is your first best action? a) document as finding only b) measure BP c) notify MD or d) administer O2
I have a test in less than a week and I need all the help I can get because I am determined to pass this semester ( which is my last one before i become a RN:nurse:)!

If I were you I would go pick up Dubin's Rapid Interpretation of EKG's. It worked for me when I was in your position. Absolutely the best book regarding basic electrokardiogram interpretation hands down. I guarantee you will be more knowledgeable than most of your instructors regarding this topic after going through this book.

Yes, I agree. I bought this book online and have read the first 50 pages (of 300 or so.) It's very concise & easy to read and has good illustrations. Looking forward to reading more this quarter when we study AV block. My classmate who was a diver recommended it to me. Divers need to monitor cardiac function.

theres not a section in your text book that covers this? i know they dont teach us a WHOLE lot in NS about ekgs and such, but i know my book has a basic section in there..
