EC resources

Hi everyone,

This is only my second posting so I hope I am doing it right. I would like to start at Excelsior College (I am currently an LPN), but I am still confused about what resources I need for each test. Books, videos, etc... Also, who do I order them from? I have seen a number of different websites selling material but I want to make sure it is worthy. Thanks for your help.

Until you get to the clinical exam you really are fine just with the texts and Excelsior study guide.

I would also recommend Saunders NCLEX-RN review book to study the areas in which you are strongest and need the least studying. Otherwise, I'm a textbook and review book kind of girl. Notes from other people just don't do it for me learning-wise. Study with the EC practice tests as well to narrow down what EC is looking for. You will find either a few of the same questions or very similar questions on the real test.

Oh, the practice tests! TAKE THEM!
