about EAD and work permit

Hi,

I am Josh.Myself and Husband applied together for the EAD and work permit.Two days ago I received the receipt number ,but my hus didnot receive any.I am a nurse going to work in Ny soon.We applied in Vermont.We applied at the same time.So we both must get the receipt number at the same time.right?what do you think?Is there any cases like this?

If it came in the mail, and it probably did, there can be all types of glitches that appear. Give it another week or so. You also do not know when your husband's papers got processed, perhaps not at the same time, even if they were in the same envelope.

I wouldn't get stressed over it so quickly.
