Dumb Question

How will I know what book I need for my upcoming classes? Will we be told the first day? This is the first time I have been in school since high school but I would like to be prepared.

usually your school should have a bookstore and a website were you can put in your section number so you can see what books you need

yup just call your bookstore. My bookstore doesn't release the book list until two weeks before the start of class, so I emailed my professors, you can try that also.

So just call the bookstore at school and ask what book will be used for XXX class? I just want to start shopping for good prices

just make sure you ask for the edition and if any extras come with (lab manuals, cds, internet pass codes) sometimes the cheaper books don't come with the goodies. Just watch out for that. Good luck.:up:

I'd definitely get the books BEFORE the start of class.
