Many Many things drug testing work approval meetings and nurse support group mandatory exams by physicans. It's a hassel but its do-able

@ESRN35 hello, were you working at the time of your 2nd DUI? And what process with the BRN did you have to follow? Thanks

I was employed but I was not at work when it happened. So far they have requested information from the court and a letter from my therapist stating my compliance with my mandated alcohol classes. I provided that and have not heard back from them yet. I know everything has been a mess due to Covid and I assume that is why I haven’t heard back from them. 

Have you only been arrested so far or already got the conviction?  This recently happened to me also and I’m really stressed about how the Board will be handling it and what I can do to get the best results possible

what happens possibly for first dui?
