I think the question should be "Ancef 0.3g IV ordered, Ancef supplied 500mg for reconstitution at rate of 250 mg/ml. How many ml should be given?"

So, 0.3g is 300mg, 500 mg in 2 ml, is 1.2 ml

well i dont know. the way i wrote it is the way its on my paper?

Try this formula Ordered/Have X Volume Per Have = Liquid required

Don't forget to transfer 0.3g to mg or transfer 500mg to g
