Hello everyone.. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years and the burnout is real. I’m constantly daydreaming about what else I can do for a living without taking too much of a pay cut. Anyone else leave nursing and what are you doing now? Thanks!

No advice. I can only commiserate-30 years for me and I am beyond ready but can't yet for the very same reason!

I think about this every single day. No words of wisdom here, but I hear you. I would love hear what others have moved on to!
