Does Mayo pay for relocation?

I have been an RN for over 12 years in Ohio. I was planning on moving to Phoenix and I would love to work at Mayo Clinic. What are their incentives like? Do they have relocation assistance? Sign on bonus's? What about helping me to find an apartment to rent out there? I know that some of the good ones pay for these things. Just wanted to see what my options are.

Thanks!!!

Have you checked the Mayo website? I ask this because I have no idea what my employer is offering now in terms of relocation assistance or sign-on bonuses. (Not Mayo, but another big employer.) Employees who aren't looking would have no reason to know.

I would contact them directly. However, I do know that demand for Mayo is very high - they pay very competitive wages for one - so I don't think they are so desperate for nurses they would pay relocation. Worth asking tho!

I don't live in Arizona but based strictly on the fact of how coveted of an employer the Mayo Clinic is, I'd seriously doubt it. They don't need to beg people to work for them.
