Does it matter if I got the last one wrong?

I was wondering if anyone has passed the nclex, after knowing for sure that they got the last question wrong? I had 150 on my test and I looked the last one up and I didn't select the right answer...is this a horrible sign? Let me know if anyone knows anything!

Yes, others have passed after they got the last question wrong. Heck, I probably got the last question wrong too! Couldn't even remember it! :chuckle

I definetly got my last question wrong and I passed. I had 125 questions. Good luck! Pugs

I definitely got the last one wrong and I did pass. That must just be a myth. Good luck! Pugs, RN

hahaha....I love this thread...I took the N-CLEX yesterday 7/11. I KNOW I got the last question wrong and I have been dwelling on that STUPID question, something about herbal supplements. I had 75 questions and am going to have to wait a while until my results because VA doesnt have quick results. A wise doctor told me today that if I didnt feel like I failed when I left the test then I didnt pass haha everybody say a little prayer

We'll be thinking of you and hope you get the good news soon! In the meantime, you've done all you can do... try to take a break and rest. BTW, from what I've heard (on this board) that the herbal supplements might be some of the pilot questions - those don't count against you.

The exam is not based on whether or not you got the last answer wrong or right. Have no idea who ever came up with this myth. And that is exactly what it is.
