Does anyone know where I can find this?

I'm supposed to wear a cervical collar 24/7, but I'm forced to remove it sometimes due to the profuse sweating it causes. Sometimes the entire collar gets wet. I just heard that there are some new breathable cervical collars on the market, and I have tried my home health supplies store, and ebay, but no satisfactory results. Would anyone have any idea where I could find one?

I surfed ebay, Dale. What I saw didn't fit my need. I know about the Philadelphia collar, but I'm afraid it will do the same thing as mine. I have used it on patients myself in the past when I was in the EMS.

http://www.surgicalappliance.com/TRUFORMOTC/ut_cervical.htm has this: 9977D UNIVERSAL MESH COLLAR Same design and applications as 975 at left, but made from a cool, breathable, semi-rigid mesh material - ideal for wear in warmer climates. Hook-and-loop anterior height adjustment - adapts for flexion, extension and torticollis. Comes with a double stockinette cover. There's no image, and I'm not familiar with this at all, but it sounds like it has possibilities. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the link, Joan. I added it to my Favorites list. I have a prescription from my Neurologist to be fitted for one at our local Rehab hospital tomorrow morning. But I'm keeping this for further reference Should I need it.

You've following the best route to meet your needs. Good luck, and keep (your) cool!
