Hi i just sent in my documents to the vocitoria nursing board that were all witnessed by a notary and they just sent me a letter back saying that they were not correctly certified. I am still waiting for them to get back to me about this but i dont see what i did wrong or what they are looking for. anyone run into these issues?

I am not sure why but I had the same experience when I had documents certified in the US. I was sending documents to Canada. So, I just went to a notary in Canada and then they were accepted. I would suggest checking with the nursing board in Victoria and finding out what their proces entails for accepted notarized documents. I was fortunate that we lived close to the Canadian border and I was able to just take care of it when we were there, but that is likely not a possibility for you.
