Guys, I am suppose to take the LPN NCLEX next Monday, 26th. And I am doing the Saunders Review CD. Everytime I do the 100 questions of different areas without fail I only get 59-60 right, never below and never above that. I am thinking I am not ready if I can only score half of them every single time. I am starting to think the CD is stuck or something..........haha. Not really, but should I move the date up more? Did anyone do this review and can tell me how they were scoring on it before they tested and how they did? Thanks!! Really scared here!

Are you just doing the questions, or are you reviewing the rationale for each and every answer as well...this may be where you are having issues.
I am reviewing the rationals also, I do 100 at a time and can't get past 60 right.
Are you reviewing all rationales, both for the correct choice, as well as the incorrect choices?
How many questions have you actually done?

Hello!
I just took my lpn nclex on friday (9-16). I used the saunders cd as well. I was scoring around a 70. I was frustrated with this. But I just kept doing more questions, reading the rationales, and taking more quizzes. I dont know how I did, Ill find out sometime today. After taking the test, I felt like I studied ok. Its hard to study for a test that could only have 85 questions. Before the test, I thought that I wasn't ready and I should move the date back. Im glad I didn't. I think its good to get it over with. You are probably more ready than what you think you are. Good luck!
