I was "arrested on paper" given a citation that enables me to be a court then the charges were dropped... do I need to inform them of this??
Also another question was have i faced a fine more than $500? No, i haven't but i have an outstanding ticket that is higher then that now.... do they mean the original amount?

Your question is very close to asking for legal advice, which may keep people away and may also get the thread closed because it will violate the terms of service on this site. The only advice people can and should offer in this case is to talk to the appropriate board of registration or authority that would be issuing a license.

I agree with nicuguy but without giving legal advice I can tell you that since it was only an allegation and NOT an actual conviction then it should not be on your record so therefore it should not have to be reported because if they look to see what charges you have that won't even show up. Again, call your BON for advice but I bet they would agree!
Oh sorry.. didn't realize... discontinue question. I did receive my answer. The answer is not according to California nursing boards. If you were "arrested" but charges were not filed or dropped you don't have to report
