I'm in the rn bridge program and I'm at at 74 average with three exams already taken with three more to go and a final worth 20 percent. Anyone else out there that was in my shoes? Any feedback would be appreciated. Is there hope I have to have an 80 to go on to my last semester.
Thanks!!!

I knew people in similar situations.
If I recall, they formed study groups. These groups used NCLEX prep books to study from. This more than anything else seemed to help.
Then there are the usual things you can adjust: working too much? In a relation that isn't helpful? Following the usual good study habits wisdom?
Some schools even offer Nursing Theory tutoring. Mine did.

I'm no math whiz; but it seems to me that if you get a 90 average at the end of the remaining three exams, your average would be an 82 going into the final.
Time to hit those books as hard as you can because your final, which I'm going to assume will be comprehensive, is going to be the straw waiting to land on the camel's back.
I'm going to say that you need all A's at this point. But, there again, I'm so far from being a math whiz that it's not even funny. Good luck to you!

Get super-serious right now. You don't want to head into your final exam needing a high grade to pass. Ideally, I set myself up to need a score of 50/100 or less.

It sounds very doable to me, but it's going to take a lot of work, of course! Sometimes too, knowing HOW to most effectively study is difficult to do on your own, so you were wise to come here for advice!
Taking practice tests are what always helped me, and helped me with the NCLEX as well.
