Direct Entry MSN program

Hi !

I have looked online and have been calling different schools. It's super time consuming. Does anyone know of any schools that are accepting applications for Direct entry MSN programs with specialization in FNP for Spring 2011 ? I do have a list of schools with me that I am going to apply to. I don't want to miss out on any.

Please please let me know. I will appreciate all the help. I am taking my pre reqs right now and am willing to locate anywhere within United States to study. I am not a nurse yet, and that is why I want to apply for Direct entry Msn program or a combined degree program. I have a B.A and M.A in another field with a GPA of 3.7 in Grad school and doing pretty well in pre reqs as well.

    I'm in the same boat- was trying to apply for fall 2010, but the prereqs offered at my school were bumped back, and now I'm finishing them this semester. It's really frustrating, because it seems that because of the whole DNP-2015 health care reform business going on, I now have to rush.

    Debating whether to start an accelerated BSN in Spring 2011 or still try to find a Direct Entry Master's! A lot of the Direct Entry programs (where they're still being offered- a few of my top choices aren't offering these accelerated BSN/MSNs after this year) want you to have at least a year exp. after the BSN/NCLEX portion before starting the master's. I'm devoted to figuring this out, and completing a program- but I want to get started!!

    Let us know what you find! And any advice is appreciated!

    This school is super competitive in EVERY aspect of application but with rocking credentials like that you should at least get your foot in the door at Marquette University in Milwaukee Wi. If you want more info on the school or anything just PM me.
