2010 Direct Entry/Accelerated Programs

I am waiting to hear from NU, Simmons, MGH, & Regis ... anyone else applied? Has anyone heard anything?

Has anyone had the experience of not getting into ANY of the schools they applied to? I'm wondering what I would do in that situation...

Hi,

I also applied to NU and MGH. I had an interview with NU this past Friday and it sounds like they are interviewing until the end of February and letting everyone know there decision by mid-March. I haven't heard anything yet from MGH.

I think if you don't get into any of the schools you apply to, you should spend the year volunteering and doing whatever you can to make your application more appealing. If this is what you really want to do, the only option you have is to try again next year. I think most schools really value people that re-apply if they can see you've put an effort in over the year to gain experience, etc. The only other option would be to apply to an accelerated BSN program and from there apply to a masters program once you've completed your BSN. Good luck and I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get accepted!

Has anyone heard anything from MGH yet?
