Difficulty of Science Portion

Hey all! I was just wondering to those of you who have taken the TEAS V recently, how hard was the science portion? If you bought the practice tests, did you feel like what was on there showed a fair description of the materials that would be on the test? I'm taking it in June and would have completely A&P II and Chem by then and I also took Microbio in the fall semester, so everything would be pretty fresh in my mind. I also bought the books as a study guide but I'm still nervous. I've heard mixed reviews of the science portion being easy to being super hard. Any information will help. I understand you guys can't share exactly what was on the test, I'm just wondering about the difficulty of it is all :) Thanks!

I know! I'm taking the TEAS in 9 days and I've taken Chem, Micro and Anatomy all pretty recently, so not super worried, but if I get a ton of physics questions I'll be in trouble.

I took the TEAS V in January without really studying really hard and got a 73.3, then I studied and took it in mid April got a 72.7:((( Then I ordered teassecrets off the internet. It's broken down and easier to study then the Teas book from ATI. I just took the Teas for the third and final time and got an 80.7!!!!!! Hopefully with my 4.0 gpa I will get into the nursing program :))))

Best of luck to you and I hope you get into the program you want :) One problem I've been having and it's one of the main reason I keep stressing is because I've recently taken anatomy and chemistry and so those subjects are still fresh in my mind, and that's why I haven't been focusing too much time on studying for those so I didn't feel like I've been studying as much as other people keep saying that have and I feel like I should, but when I sit down to study, I know it =\ but I'm worried I should have spent more time anyway >_

I've just taken a math prep course for the TEAS and the teacher also teaches a science prep course. I've taken the TEAS once already and did Horrible! But the teacher told me the science portion changes to mostly A&P the 2nd time (and then every other time taken). The first time is the physics/chem portion, which was true for me...I barely had any A&P on my test.

Hey guys! I took the TEAS two weeks ago! Just wanted to let you guys know how I did. I got an 86.7% overall

Reading-88%

Math-90%

Science-81%

Grammar- 90%

Thanks to all your advice guys! Really appreciate it! :)

The Teas V exam is very hard I scored a 58 overall and it was enough to get into the LPN Program at my school!

I did really good on the science part. I made an 87.5 which is a 99% for national and program. Know DNA, meiosis and mitosis. Potential energy verses kinetic energy. Stuff like that.
