Did you have a Group Interview?

I am applying for new grad positions and one has a group interview -- a group of nurse managers/HR people interview up to 6 new grads. I am wondering what it will be like. Will they give us some "problem" to solve to see how we work as a team? Will it be a free for all, or will they quiz us one at a time?

If anyone has ever had one of these, please tell me what it was like. thanks.

hi,

They will usually ask a few questions to see how well (or not well) you will fit in with the rest of the crew, and to see if you have soem career direction.

They may also give you some senerios and see how your react to them and if you can think on your feet.

Good luck

Believe it or not, a group interview is more stressful than a panel interview, mostly because you'll be in the same room with all the candidates and you have to act properly, in order both to stand out of the crows and not to appear desperate and pushy.

Nevertheless, the qualities of a candidate for a certain position are better viewed in this manner.

Good luck!
