Anyone waiting for fall acceptance letters? I just took my hesi today. My overall was a 91 with a 76 in a&p and a 92 in the math section. Good luck to everyone!

Has anyone been registered yet...The letter says not to worry about it because they will do it but I have not been registered for classes yet??

I haven't been registered either. I checked this afternoon to see how much I owe. I also checked the class list. 48 people have been registered already for those two classes. I don't understand why you and I haven't been registered. It's kinda worrying me. I ordered the two books that are available earlier this week. It's kinda stressing me out. :-/

Did you get your books from the bookstore and have you done your background check? And vaccine form?

No I got them online. One from Barnes and noble and the other from abebooks. Check http://www.fetchbook.info and find the lowest available prices. I paid $160 total for the drug calc and fundamentals book. The psych book isn't out until September. I did the background check already. Still have to go do the ppd and I already have a copy of my vaccine record that I submitted to Darton for medic school. I also have copies of titers for varicella and hep b.

I haven't been registered yet either. When I checked there were only 7 registered and 48 remaining. I'm worried too!

Did those come with the E books also?

Yeah I got that reversed. Oops. Lol

The books I bought are just the actual books. The cost of the ebooks just didn't justify purchasing them for me. I'm paying out of pocket for tuition and everything else and this is only the first semester. I just can't afford $300+ in books each semester.

I agree, I emailed Ms. Mitchell about the books and she said ebooks are not required anyway so I'm not getting them either. I feel as though they would be a waste of my money. I have my background check and stuff done too. I have all vaccines except my ppd. I'm getting it next week.

They are being so slow about registering us. I hate to be impatient but this is frustrating.

I wonder why they register like 1-5 people a day??? Maybe they look through our background stuff...I don't know.

My books arrived this afternoon. Guess its time to start studying. Lol. Maybe they'll get us registered before classes start. I have no idea what's taking so long.
