Hello.. sorry this is my first time to join the blog but I desperately want some clarification regarding the move in the May Visa Bulletin EB3 category. It states there the Priority date is March 2006. (See this link. http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_4205.html) Does it mean retrogression is already lifted? I tried to search current topics regarding this new update yet the last forum was since February... Hope you can enlighten me. Thanks.

Retrogression is not lifted, All the bulletin means in 1st May they will start processing completed files with a PD date of which ever it is for the country you was born.

Please take the time to do some reading here, until you see all areas current, the retrogression will remain in place. And we do no expect it to be lifted for sometime. There are many more applicants than there are visas.
