CSULB Spring 2022

Hello everyone!

I couldn't find a forum for this year's pre-nursing students that are applying to CSULB so I made one myself! Anyway, I know I'm not the only one who wants to compare scores or see if their scores are competitive, so here it is...

I'll start it off...

GPA (SCIENCE) : 3.7 = 3.7 pts

GPA (GE) : 4.0 = 2 pts

TEAS OVERALL : 87% = 1.74

TEAS READING : 86% = 1.72

TOTAL POINTS = 9.16 pts

Im planning to retake the TEAS for the THIRD TIME and try to get 90%+ on both, and yes, Chemistry messed me up, ifykyk.

Sorry if my english/grammar is trash, its my lowest score on the TEAS ^_^

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED.. DO NOT LOSE HOPE!! WE ALL GOT THIS ❤️

You might be able to check your application status in the Applicant Self Service page. I just checked and it said I was admitted!

I'm also a 2nd bachelors student.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

Congrats!!  ?

IS 2nd bachelor an ABSN or regular BSN program?r

Why They are not sending any rejection, denial emails to those who didn't get communication exercise? That's so annoying? This is mine from the self-service page.

Application Term: Spring 2022

You applied as a: New Transfer

Program: Undergraduate Degree

Major: Nursing Basic BS

Regular BSN! I saw on last yr's forum that 2nd degree students were getting their applicant self service updated sooner for some reason. I've been checking everyday, but this is the first time the status changed to "you have been offered admission"

AHHHH I just checked the self-service page and it says "You have been offered admission"! Does this mean I've been accepted to the school? Or the nursing program? Or both? I feel so relieved but at the same time so anxious that I might be missing some documents or something.

Has anyone received an update today? Maybe they won't be sending out anything on weekends...

no I think they only sent out admission decisions to second bachelors applicants so hopefully we’ll hear back Monday

have all of the rejection emails for those who attended the communication exercise been sent out already?
