CSULB Nursing - Spring 2014

Anyone who apply for CSULB Nursing Spring 2014?

Featured Replies

Yeah, I should have taken it earlier. The reason I didn't is because many schools only accept your first score, and I didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket. From what I have read in this thread: https://allnurses.com/california-state-nursing/csulb-fall-2013-a-809223-page21.html the estimated cut off for Fall 2013 was 9.15. For my sake, hopefully the overall quality of students applying for fall 2014 will be lower :)

Good news: I called the nursing department today to confirm my application was received and she told me there are about 230 or so applicants. She said that is less than 1/2 of the usual applicants for Fall. So hopefully if anyone was worried, it may be less competitive than usual.

Wow that is good news! Thanks for the info NaCl-ty. You are talking about csulb nursing though right?

Yep, CSULB spring '14

Has anyone completed their csulb supplement application yet?

Yes. I completed my supplementary application last Sunday. I'm so anxious!

Sorry for this question...but how does the supplemental app work? Does Csulb nursing notify you about that?

Yes the school will notify you via email that you can now complete your supplementary application. They will also give you a link to a page where you can complete it. It is due sept 26th for csulb.

Has anyone been contacted about interviews yet?

I don't think they do that until early oct. but please let us know if anyone get the interview.

Is anyone else getting super anxious/miserable about this wait?!

Yeah I was going to say that. It's getting pretty close to that moment of truth.
