CSULB Nursing Program Fall 2023

Hi everyone! I wanted to start this thread to compare our stats since the deadline to send in the supplemental application is approaching soon. CSULB's program is definitely competitive and I hope I have a chance to get in with my scores!

My stats:

4.0 GE GPA

4.0 Science GPA

92.7% Composite TEAS score

82.1% Reading TEAS score

Best of luck to everyone applying!! We got this!

yayy I also got in!! congrats to everyone :’)))

Does this mean we got into the nursing program, or just the csulb under the nursing major? I thought we had to get into csulb as a nursing major, and also get into the school of nursing on top of that. IDK if I am making sense tho haha.

"Congratulations! It is my privilege to extend you an offer of conditional admission to Nursing Basic BS at California State University, Long Beach for the Fall 2023 semester. We are excited to welcome you to The Beach!"

what do you mean hear from the school of nursing? Does this not count?

Mine says Nursing BS on my acceptance email as well so I think this is the acceptance, no?

Mine says that too but I think Nursing BS just means we got accepted as nursing majors. We still have to get accepted to the nursing program. I could be wrong! But, when I applied last semester for Sac State, they let me into the school, but I was rejected from the nursing program. So maybe I'm just paranoid haha!

My friend who went to csulb nursing said its a separate email. So I think this email is just an acceptance to csulb pre-nursing, but not their nursing program. She just told me that we have to wait for an email from the SON. I really hope they let us know soon
