CSULB NP Program Fall 2020

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to start a thread for anyone who applied for CSULB for Fall 2020. What specialty did you all apply to, your experience, and stats? Any previous applicants that can shed some light on why they might have gotten accepted/didn't get accepted? Spoke to the graduate admissions coordinator who mentioned that they will be contacting selected applicants in late February to early March for interviews and writing assessment and decisions will be made in April.     @Ginger.RN I haven’t heard anything yet. A few coworkers of mine applied for the PNP and received an acceptance email. Hang in there!

    I check my self service and I found that my status changes saying

    "You have been offered provisional admission"

    Does that mean I accepted? or on the waiting list?

    I received my official email that I had been accepted to the FNP program on Monday, April 6th. Congratulations to everyone else who was accepted!

    @Ginger.RN Thank you. I checked mine as well and it says provisional admission. Haven’t heard anything from the school or nursing yet

    My self service said provisional acceptance as well and the next day I got an official acceptance email. Hope that helps!
