CSUF Upper Division Transfer Fall 2023

Hey everyone! I wanted to create this forum since admissions are going to be sent out in these upcoming months! I'm applying with 97 points and was wondering if anyone else wants to compare scores. I've heard there's an interview portion as well, so best of luck to all of us ?

Hi everyone. I am just seeing this thread. I received an email to do the interview. I have 108 points. Does anyone have any idea about the interview? How many questions do we get? Are there scenarios in it?

Oh, I have 98 points. I added both Volunteer and work experience. (I have both) but only one of the two counts.

I also have both experiences. I have over 600 hours in clinical volunteer experience + 200 hours in clinically involved leadership experience and roughly 2000 hours of CNA experience at a top research hospital. I am also applying with 98 points. I'm sure most of us are going to use up until the last day to submit the online interview assessment, but the biggest advice that I can give you is to use your life experiences, and tell your own story about who you are and why you decided to enter the nursing field. Tell your story. Some questions may be appropriate to tie in your clinical experiences, but some questions may opt you to just tell the admission committee who you are as a person. It can be either or, but again, I'm also an applicant like yourself, so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.

just finished my interview! anyone else done?

Just finished the interview! It was really simple and quick!

Hi all. Late to the party, but I emailed the nursing department, and they got back to me saying they will announce admissions next week!! I've been anxiously waiting. Didn't think they'd email us then since it's their Spring break.

I got accepted ya'll!! Lesssgooooo ?

To whom it may concern, I'm not sure if anybody here was waitlisted for the CSUF UDT Fall 2023, but I was accepted initially, but I will soon be rejecting their admission offer because I got accepted at my top choice school, so good luck to whoever made it on the waitlist!!
