CSP position

Can anyone please explain what this means, what kind of job it is, and do you need any experience to apply or obtain this position? Thank you

CSP (Clinical Support Partner) is Henry Ford Health System's name for a nurse assistant. Other hospitals may call them Patient Care Assistants, etc.

HFHS is considering changing the name back to Nurse Assistant, by the way, to make the title easier to understand in terms of function.

CSP's take vitals, perform blood sugar checks, help with I/O recording, help the nurse with patient care, and may act as a one to one sitter for those clients who need close monitoring.
