CSN Fall 2011 rn program

From what I heard there was 253ish applicants. 29 points should be more than enough!

How many spots are available?

I believe the program sheet states 135 spots or a number close to that.

136 but during the health programs orientation the advisor told me that "if you have at least 28 pts youre golden" direct quote. Also last semesters cutoff was unusually high at 27 pts so take it all with a grain of salt....you guys will get in! dont worry....I cant wait till this fall when I finally get accepted and can get started!

I called yesterday and the lady I talked to told me the "final selection committee" has not done anything yet. She said they're the ones who will be looking everything over one last time before the people are chosen and the calls go out. She could not tell me when they will show up, she said they will show up whenever; unannounced! Therefore, she could not tell me what the cut off score is for the fall 2011 applicants.

I am so anxious, it's ridiculous. I can't take this anymore!! Uugggh!!

I wonder how long it takes for the final selection committee to do their job? Hours, days?

I don't know why it is taking so long. I have 30 points and I thought I didn't get in. I know there's a chance of not getting in if there are several others with the same amount of points. Good luck to you all. Let me know what happens. :)

I was just in there a couple of days ago and she told me that, basically, we could find out tomorrow or not til the first week of May. She didn't know when the calls would be made. I vote for tomorrow!!!

tomorrow would be awesome! Last time it was about 2 weeks before hand...that would be tomorrow! They are evil making us wait!

I wonder if a 32 would be enough for the part-time program because I believe they only take 24 students. I'm getting really anxious . Goodluck everybody! I hope we get accepted and if we do, that we pass the math test. :sofahider

i'm thinking they will have to give us at least 2 weeks notice before any orientation meeting goes down on may 6th. so, that means tomorrow is a 2 week notice....and if that's the case and we (hopefully) do find out tomorrow, then i do not think i will be able to sleep tonight!!!!
