Can anyone recommend an on-the-ground (as opposed to online) training workshop for CRM? If you've attended an Emergency Medicine CRM I'd love to hear about it. The most common ones I've found so far are for Anesthesia docs. I'm willing to pay out of pocket and travel anywhere in the continental US to learn. Eventually I hope to bring a class back to my hospital and have my colleagues participate.
