CPCC Spring 2017

Hey guys!! Is anyone applying to Central Piedmont RN for Spring 2017? The applications open today. I'm taking my Teas and Nurse Aide exam in 2 weeks and will be applying soon after. I hope to meet new people soon!

I have no clue... But heres to the next week of waiting! Good luck all!

I think in 2012 when I first moved to Charlotte and was asking questions about the program they told me that an average of 300-400 apply a semester. I can only imagine how many people applied this go round. I'm sure you all will get in and when spring semester starts you guys will be laughing about how stressed out you were waiting LOL then you will be stressed out studying!

Well technically we should hear something tomorrow. Cuz that would be a week exactly. But I doubt it...

Due to a high volume, we anticipate admission notification letters will be sent at the end of the week.

I feel like they are giving us the run around. I know some of the faculty went on vacation. I just want to know so I can figure out my next step.

I agree. I was told by Mrs Higgins on Friday that letters were being prepared that day to go out in the beginning of next week. And said they would be mailed. But Patricia is saying we will be emailed. So I'm just confused and honestly this takes away from the anticipation a bit.

I have heard from the beginning that it would be emailed which I always found odd. But I guess we have to wait and see.

Thank you to nzaghar1 for posting here the updates from CPCC!! I am grateful that they are at least posting the updates to their website so we are not totally out of the loop! Yes, it's frustrating that the dates keep getting pushed back especially when we have contingency plans that are hinged on whether or not we get accepted to CPCC! Let's keep our hopes high and our attitudes positive!! According to the update, only three more days to go before we hear something! We've made it this far and we'll be fine for another few days! Good luck to all!! And remember...you never know who may be reading our threads. Did anyone notice the lawsuit filed against a handful of all nurses posters? Be careful what we post! We will be entering a professional field so we may as well practice being professional in a professional's forum! Good luck again, all!!

Any word?

I haven't received anything... no extension on the website. Today has got to be the day, but I bet it's going to take all day to find out LOL

o well. it is what it is.
