after the course, what are the procedures?

hello guys! i heared a lot different stories about procedures on how to work in US.

some say after local board i should take the CGFNS, TSE finally nclex?

some says CGFNS is not required bla bla

some says you cannot get visa screen without the CG..

some says it should be toefel ibt and not TSE

and so on...

im gettin confused everytime i talk to different people. i think many of you are now RNs and went thru these procedures so at least if you give me inputs i assume that you really went thru that.

by the way Ohio state is the place i want to go because many of my relatives are already there but non of them knows abot the procedure.
