Nurse that helps only prisoners in jail.
Nurse çalışyor hapishanede esirleri ancak yardım edyor. 'otonomi' adamı çalışyor aklına gelmekyor bağımsız acil gözetim without.

During nursing school, we toured a correctional facility where we witnessed a correctional facility nurse in action. Most of the day was related to distribution of meds. I felt it was a strange environment -Not for everyone. You have to be a "strong" minded person. It is for some but not for everyone.

I work in corrections as needed and like it. I have worked in a med/max state prison and a county detention center. I like the detention center better. I don't give meds though... well I don't give PO meds. (CMT's give PO meds) I do IV's and PICC's etc. I do sick calls and assist the doctor. You have trauma's every now and then as you can imagine. I assist with detox and withdrawals. Correctional nursing is definitely different because security and safety is first... it was a hard concept to learn at first. You definitely have autonomy.
I am a master student in Türkiye. my research is about nursing autonomy.so I read a lots of article about this subject.
