I am looking for some good online resources for CEs. I learn best through audio/visual lessons. Any suggestions for sights that have audio/video/webinars to get CEs directed for the emergency room, ICU, and pharmacology?

Have you tried Medscape, Lippincott publisher, (Wilkins ?) A lot of journals are on line now as well and have CEU articles, not sure if you can just pay for the article or if you have to subscribe. For critical care try Valorie Gasparillis(sp) she had lots of critical care and ER type of tapes/videos. If I think of more will let you know!!

Free (for now) pharmacology course: NurseCe4Less.com - Pharmacology Basics - Online Nurse Ceus for RNs & LPNs
Also, Nursing Center.com, there was another one for lung sounds, EKG strips, not sure if someone else remembers that one!!!! I will keep searching.
thank you!

Are you a member of ENA? Lots of CEUs, mostly videos, as part of your annual dues. Plus you get the Journal of Emergency Nursing.

There are several courses on nurse.com as well. I only had a few CE hours at the point in the year when I registered with them, so my membership will go through the summer of 2015, to get the hours I'll need for the next 2-year licensing period. Since I no longer work in a traditional patient care setting, I like their list of CE choices, too. Good luck!
FYI, Just noticed this 4 hour course is still free
Also Home - American Psychiatric Nurses Association usually offer free psych ceu, even more for members.
