What do you want?
List down all your possibilities. Use the search function on this forum, and read, read, read. From those readings, list down the pros and cons of each option.
You can discuss these pros and cons with your parents, and decide which is best for you. There is no need to rush overseas applications, as there is the retrogression anyway.
and always remember BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND. Think about what career path you wanna trail and then figure what are the ways you wanna get there.
While you are doing all of these, its not a bad idea to re-read your books already. You'll find out it will be of great help in whatever path you choose.
Good Luck!

1. There are many more new grads than jobs in your country. Getting work there is going to be quite tough and not even possible until you actually take and pass the NLE.
2. You are looking at about five years for a chance at getting a visa that will permit you to work in the US, and perhaps even longer due to the number that wish to work here.
3. As mentioned above, take the time to do some reading here, nothing is going to be as easy as you think, actually far from it.
