  2. Hi! Im a fresh graduate from the Philippines.. Im planning to take the NCLEX exam by September or October..Hopefully if I pass the exam, what should be my next step? I heard that the english exam such as the TOEFL is only valid for 2 years and you should have a visa by then or retake the exam.. what is the process for obtaining a visa? Thank you so much..
  3. hi everyone!!! im a fresh grad from the philippines and now a registered nurse but is not yet working as a nurse..im done with the CES for illinois and has just submitted the form for the NCLEX aplication.. I heard that they only accept TOEFL in illinois...Do I need to take the TOEFL eventhough im done with the CES? does TOEFL have a validity? considering i pass nclex, hopefully, :)....is the license lifetime? What are the chances of a Filipino nurse being hired in a hospital if she doesnt have hospital experience yet? what other options can i make if it would take a while before i get hired in a hospital? tnx a lot and....:wink2:

Hi!!! im a fresh grad in the philippines... can you please advice me what to do... im now applying for NCLEX in illinois...my initial plan is to work in a hospital here in the philippines, gain experience so that it could help me prepare to be a nurse in illinois..but i am also asked by my parents to consider taking up a masters degree in nursing..im confuse on what to do..i am also thinking about being a company nurse...any opinion? advice? thanks...:)
