Does anyone have statistics for the TCC Nursing Program? I am interested specifically in the RN Program (not the LPN to RN program). How many students start the program and how many complete the program? How many drop out, how many fail and at what levels?

Hi, I am currently attending TCC's nursing program and I just completed level one. In level one we lost around 20 people. My clinical instructor told me that out of the 90 something that started at level one, a little over 30 graduated this May. TCC also has one of the highest NCLEX pass rates in the Tulsa area along with OU, I don't have the link to view the results, but you can view them yourself by either googling it or looking it up here on allnurses.

I have to say, I heard a lot of horrible things about TCC before I went into their program, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Of course, every person's experience is different and I was blessed with a good clinical instructor as well. TCC is well known in the Tulsa area for producing good nurses as well. I think they have a good program and I know that after I graduate I'll be a competent nurse. HOWEVER, ask me next semester and I may have changed my mind! lol

I dont know what level people drop out of the most, but I've heard that level 2, which is med/surg is the most difficult, but then again, everyone is different, so that's hard to say.
