College writing

If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. I registered for college writing since it was reinstated to the program through Sept. of this year. Here is the question: You are supposed to get "My access" free for 9 months. I have tried everything, and I can not seem to get it. I went ahead and registered for smart thinking, and it was easy to do. Any recommendation from some of you pros would be awesome. If I have to I will call or email excelsior, but I hate to if it is just something that I can do, and for some reason it just isn't clicking. Anyone else having this problem. Good Luck to you all. You all are so great. My name is Traci, and I have been lurking, and trying to get the courage to get started. I have been enrolled since before the changes took place, but I had 3 deaths in my family last year, and I am just now getting back on track. I hope to become active in this site because I see so much positivity. Thanks in advance! Traci in Texas:bugeyes:

When did it get reinstated? I took English Comp because I couldn't take college writing! Crud!

I had the same problem when I was getting ready for English Comp. I never got on.

BTW, I hand a horrible time with the english compt test. I consider myself a good writer but the hoops I jumped through with the essays was horrible. This is the first time I have ever prayed for a C! I am still waiting to find out if I passed.

Traci, I'd go ahead and give EC a call -- sounds like the problem might be on their end, not yours!
