I wish they had those here in the Pacific Northwest, even though it's rarely snowy/icy/sub-freezing I always have trouble with the damp, chilly air. I'd wear the darned thing even if it DID make me look like freak-o Michael Jackson........it'd be worth it not to have to wheeze and gasp for air every time the temp drops below 45 degrees or the wind comes up.
