I didn’t get accepted but that’s okay! I shall try again.

I am alternate 13. I know of one person who has declined their spot already. Crossing my fingers I make it through! Congratulations to everyone accepted ❤️❤️❤️

CONGRATS to those who got in!

unfortunately, I didn't get accepted.

those who did, do you mind sharing how many points you had?

When I used the sheet, I calculated about 76 points.

80% TEAS

3.95 Overall GPA

4.0 Science GPA

Volunteer Experience

1 extra point

I got accepted! CONGRATS to everyone who also got accepted. Good luck for those who are alternates, I know of one person who is going to decline their acceptance!

My stats were:

3.9 overall GPA

3.6 science GPA

90.7% TEAS

I believe this is about 75 points.

I wonder if we know the same person declining their spot? Are her initials ------------------------? If not that would make me alternate #11! ????

I’m alternate 13 and my stats were:

3.8 overall GPA

3.75 science GPA

84% TEAS

and about 5 misc. points

I think I had a total of 70 points overall ?

Unfortunately, yes, we are talking about the same person, so sorry, hoping that you get in!!

I just barely missed the 70 point cut off ? By my calculations, I needed a 90% or higher on my TEAS to reach 70 points, but I ended up getting an 88%, giving me 65 points.

I will try to increase my GPA and apply again!

CONGRATS to all who got accepted/waitlisted!

How are you planning to raise your GPA? I should probably do the same.

I am in the process of retaking my science prereqs. I took all of the prereqs around 4-5 years ago and got C's in almost all of them. Now that I have a more clear vision of the future I want and more motivation, I'm hoping to do better in the sciences now.

I know that some schools only take one science retake (or no retakes at all) but some schools don't have a policy against this. I know that COC recommends you take all courses without repeating or withdrawing in order to be a competitive applicant, but they don't have a policy against it so hopefully the higher GPA will be worth it!

You’ll definitely benefit from retaking them!! Mine are As and Bs so I can’t retake them unless I failed the classes ?
