CNO VS VISA

Hi. I would like to ask for help because right now, I have a pending application with cno. Can you give me an insight on what to do because is it possible if I'm eligible to take the exam in canada and I don't have any visa, how is it possible. I want to clarify because some say that I can ask for a tourist visa to go to canada to take my exam. Is it also possible while I'm staying as a tourist can I actually apply for a temporary working permit AT CANADA???pls help thanks!:confused:, pls help =)

    Securing an employment really seem to be very hard these days, specially for IEN. Then why are there frequent news like "Shortage of Nurses in Canada" when actually there are plenty of local and foreign nurses looking for jobs desperately but can not secure one because of inadequate recruiters or vacancies? Appears to me like depicting an unrealistic picture.It is really very frustrating!:banghead:

    They want your money. They charge a lot of cash to "process your paperwork" but make no guarnatees that you'll succeed at any of it. And when the process fails they blame you, or the province, or immigration. Then they hustle off with your money, laughing all the way to the bank. For a very brief moment back in 2007, there was a shortage of nurses in Canada that was very quickly filled by the early-birds who got their foot in the door for the short time it was open. But if the agencies and recruiters told people that they'd have no business.

    Who is putting out these reports? If it's recruitment agencies, ask them for details. Like Jan said, they are in the business of selling dreams
