I got called for an interview at a nursing home for a cna position. What kind of questions should I expect to be asked? :) thanks.

I was basically not asked much more than "So, when can you start?" That's how bad they need people at the facility I'm at.

I was asked something like "Mrs. Green is scheduled for a shower. She has dementia. She tells you that she is not going to shower today. What do you do??" What they are asking for is how would you handle the situation. Ex: Talk to Mrs. Green. Have another staff approach her about the shower, if she still refuses, go back later and try again, talk to the nurse about Mrs. Green's refusal.... What they are trying to figure out is how you would handle a stressful situation...and avoid any "abuse" and violation of residents rights.
