Hi guys,

I applied to New York City College of Technology associate nursing program, and this waiting game is killing me. Did any of you apply ?

I just got rejected with a 3.4 pre req GPA, 3.5 reg GPA and a 82 on the TEAS.... I feel like I wasted my time at school once again, and I give up. Did any of you get accepted? What were your scores? The math killed my GPA with a B-, but I received 100 in the math portion of the TEAS, and I thought that would make up for it.....ugh. Even got my A in a&p

Hey 9872, few words of encouragement. Dont give up! Especially if this is something you really want. I currently attend MEC and remember the first time I took the nln (2014) scored 92 with a 3.7 Gpa and was rejected, my immediate reaction was a smirk and telling myself until next year. I pushed myself harder the 2nd time around my Gpa dropped to a 3.5 and scored a 120 nln and was accepted fall of 2015. I'm proof that whatever u set out to do u can achieve as long as you're persistent. Continue to push toward your goals you can do it. ☺
