I've been a nurse since 2013.. all of my career has been at the bedside. I recently moved to a Va hospital and it's a whole different world. I'm struggling with feeling as if I'm not really making a difference, just making a living and working for a good retirement.
(Don't get me wrong I do like working w the veterans, just a different pace that I'm not use to, An less critical pts)
So I have decided that Im going to go back to school for my Masters to give me more options in my career... however, I'm having a hard time deciding if I want to go back to school for my NP or leadership and management.
Anyone have any advice?
Thank you!

If you don't know what you want your career path to look like, you aren't ready to go back to school. Figure out what you want to do, then get the appropriate education.
An that's exactly why I made this post... so I can get some input and advice from fellow nurses that may be in the same position I'm in or that have a NP or MSN in leadership/management
thank you

But strangers on the internet can't tell you what you should do with your life. We know nothing about you. Maybe talking to friends and family, who know you, your personality and strengths, would be a better option.
And to to be fair, in your OP you asked for advice on figuring out which path to take. That's exactly what Ruby gave you - if you don't know, you're not ready to go back to school. It's sound advice that I agree with.
