Choices

Hi everyone,

Quick question: If you were applying to NP school for next year's cycles, would you go MSN or DNP? (Specialty: FNP).

Thanks,

Rachel

I think it would depend on what sort of programs are available in your area, financial cost, and what works best for you. Since there is no DNP requirement, you could apply for whichever schools you feel are a good fit, be they MSN or DNP programs.

I plan to go FNP route with MSN. I don't think there is anything to worry about with going the master's route.
