Cheat sheets

i am a very rusty ldr nurse just returning back to practice after taking several years off to do the "stay at home" mommy gig... does anyone have any cheat sheets for report and/ or discharge teaching?? i made cheat sheets years ago, they were soooo helpful but i can not find it anywhere so i am turning to some some fellow ob nurses for help.......

Here is my revised version of a cheat sheet I found on here. I made it so that I use 1 sheet (2 sided) for each mother-baby dyad and for twins which I had twice during my postpartum clinical.
