I believe the last change was done April 2007, it has been mentioned numerous times in this forum. And changes are made every 3 years, you may look here for more info.

They are changing April 1 for the PN. I know this for sure. I am taking it in mid april so I am not very excited. I wish people knew more about this. Let me know if you find anything out about this!!! Thanks!

Usually the change isn't much and studying properly should give you a good chance

We were informed that the NCLEX-PN would be changing in April 2008. Not too happy about that since I will be sitting for it sometime in late June/early July! This of course, in turn, changed our Exit Exam. They are having a different Exit Exam loaded into their computers. They told us they change (read..make harder) the Exit Exam every 3 years, lucky us, we are the class that it affects. They change their Exit Exam when NCLEX changes theirs.
We were told that the NCLEX is uping the passing rate 3% from what it was.
